A Desert Wedding Day at the Superstition Mountains by Stephen & Melissa | Phoenix Wedding Photographers

Kelsey + Chris’ cloudy desert wedding was held at Kelsey’s family home with the gorgeous Superstition Mountains as their backdrop. Their day was full of incredible sentimental details and so much JOY! From the sweet vows they wrote and their intimate first look, to making a quick adjustment as the rain began at their reception, their day was a non-stop great time and we are so lucky to have had the opportunity to capture it!

Chris + Kelsey are one of those couples that have such magnetic connection and at times, it seemed like they couldn’t take their eyes off each other! Chris couldn’t stop proclaiming “WOW” during their First Look. We are so thankful for their First Look we had plenty of time to capture all of their portrait as well as bridal party! We had so much fun and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Kelsey’s friend – turned day-of-coordinator. (Shout out to Jamie!!! We love you!!) 

Everything at their wedding was personal to them in one way or another and told a story. Each item was so special and had its own special significance. A fun tip about Chris – he is a sommelier and perfectly poured his new wife a wine that that he had selected himself. It was such a sweet moment!
