Simply put - getting to know you, helps us tell your story best. We set up a virtual zoom meeting to hear more about your day and you as a couple. Our best secret to incredible wedding day photography and videography is choosing a team who can bring your genuine personalities to life and make it feel like friends in room.

Cue the confetti, because you've decided we are the perfect fit!! We take on a limited number of weddings to give our couples a quality experience. On average, our couples are booking 12 months in advance.
Through our client portal, you can customize your package, sign your contract and pay your 30% deposit all online. With that complete, we are official for your day!
Securing your date
We’re big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. This is when we really get to know each other. Not only does this time allow you to get comfortable in front of our cameras, it also gives you the opportunity to get some great photo + video of this special time. We've created an entire guide dedicated to outfit tips, location ideas, timing considerations and more!

We love creating custom timelines for our couples to ensure that they don’t miss out on their dream wedding photos while still allowing those genuine moments to flow naturally. We work with our couples + planners so that they can maximize our time together, while capturing genuine & joyful moments.
On our final virtual consultation before your wedding, we go over timeline and details of the day to ensure you feel confident and we are documenting the day to best tell your story.

Our goal to bring your wedding day to life and make you remember just how it felt. We’ll step in when needed but we will help you pause, take a deep breath, and enjoy your celebration, because the way you FEEL on your wedding day is just as important as those final images.
Your Wedding Day
Grab a box of tissues, your Wedding Story has arrived! After the wedding day, you’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days with all our favorite photos! Final image galleries delivered in 4 weeks. Your wedding film takes quite a bit more work and will be ready in 8-12 weeks from your big day!
*If an heirloom album is included in your wedding collection, after your gallery is delivered we begin the design process with our album designers.

Weddings come in all shapes, sizes and variety of traditions. With that in mind, we find 8 hours to be our best starting overage amount. Photography collections include both Stephen & Melissa, 8+ hours of coverage, guides to help you plan, a beautiful online gallery and access to our online store for albums, prints, as well as full printing rights to your images.
Our signature style of filmmaking blends seamlessly with our photography and creates a unique approach to storytelling. Photo + video collections begin with 9+ hours of coverage, a 4-5 minute wedding highlight film, wedding trailer, drone coverage where possible, and the option to add documentary edits or team members.

We'll share a sneak peek with you that is a collection of our favorite photos! From there we get to work on the remaining photos in your gallery. Your full gallery will be emailed to you with a link where you can view, download, share and print your photos all in one place in about 30 days!
Video production does take us a bit and longer and films are delivered in roughly 12 weeks from your event.
Photo + Video collections include a BONUS engagement trailer!

We have found that for a wedding day, we need a minimum of 8 hours to capture the full story of your day with a stress-free timeline. The last thing we want is for you to feel rushed on your wedding day. Our coverage begins with those gorgeous details while you're finishing up hair and makeup, and typically extends through your send off at the end of the night! Our photo + video collections begin at a standard of 9 hours to allow ample time for both.
If you are planning a Catholic ceremony, most wedding days extend 10+ hours.

The engagement session is complementary and our free gift to you! It makes such a HUGE difference in the way you wedding day flows and how you feel in front of the camera together. We'll arrive on your wedding day already feeling like friends and know exactly how to photograph you both in a genuine way. When it comes to our photo and video collections, this is even more important. You have to think about it like you are staring in a movie! They always practice before jumping in front of the camera.
For this reason, we make the engagement session our free gift to you and therefore has no monetary value and cannot be swapped or exchanged.
FAQ
The short answer is, no. We began with photography, and that shaped the way we handle and capture a wedding day. Our goal when we added the films was for them to be captured by creative minds with the same vision, trained with the same methods. However a huge component to our style and workflow is being in control of the photography aspect as well. We often joke you can't even tell who captured a photo or video clip, and that is how we know we captured the day seamlessly. It allows us to be less intrusive on your day while still capturing both art forms.
For larger wedding days or couples who want more footage captured, we suggest adding our third storyteller to your collection!
